On the days where you don’t feel like working out. It is okay. Today I wanted to workout, but didn’t feel like doing too much. I decided I was just going to deadlift. Show up as you are, okay! Give yourself grace!

Sometimes people tend to look at Personal Trainers and think “this person must have always been in shape, working out comes easy to them.” I can tell you that is not my case. I have always been someone who is on the heavier side and have struggled when it comes to loosing weight, especially in my 30s. It takes a lot of hard work and discipline, and I promise you can do it! It never gets easy, but once you get closer to your goals you become more motivated to keep going. You got this!
